The apartment is clean, tidy, and spacious.

The management warned us that we would be charged for a late check-in, yet they left us waiting outside until a tired staff member arrived, smelling of alcohol, apparently having been woken up to give us the key. After check-in, we later discovered that one of our passports was missing. We only realized this when we arrived at another hotel and were asked to present our passports. During our stay, the apartment management did not respond in writing to our messages through Booking.com, in which we raised concerns about several issues that affected our stay. The apartment management was extremely difficult to contact: they did not respond to messages through Booking.com and barely responded on WhatsApp. We asked them to thoroughly check the office for the missing passport before we contacted the police and the consulate. They claimed they had searched and found nothing. As a result, we filed a police report and contacted the consulate, where the passport was cancelled and we had to obtain temporary travel documents to return home. On the morning of our departure, the apartment management finally informed us that they had found the passport—it had accidentally fallen next to the scanner. Despite all the stress, inconvenience, and unnecessary procedures this caused us, we did not receive even a single word of apology.
