Wonderful apartments with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Covered parking is available. There is a separate room for drying ski boots after skiing. The views from the window over the valley and the mountains are stunning. A grocery store is within walking distance (3 minutes). The horses were an absolute highlight! And of course, the amazing and very responsive hostess, Edith, who is always ready to help and solve any issues. Such a positive and pleasant person is rare to meet. We will definitely come back next year.

Super clean compact unit with a very comfortable bed. Parking onsite. Cute snowy view. Short walk to the tiny local Spar (supermarket), bus stop to ski resorts (free), tramway to Innsbruck.

Also, there are horses in the backyard which my kids absolutely loved. The rooms are really well equipped, we coud find everything that we needed. The only thing that we were sad about was that we couldn’t stay even longer.

Perfect for couples and family

The owner of the apartment, Edith, was very helpful and always around in case there were any questions. The apartment is very clean, big and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We were positively surprised by the quality of the apartment and service.

Just some small things: There is no soap that can be used during the shower. (only hand wash). There was a coffee machine, but normally, coffee is not provided. Apart from that, there are no issues at all. Also, I have to point out that we asked for coffee, and Edith gave us promptly. Also, if we had asked for body wash, she would have most probably brought us one. The small points are important as it's a small town and the SPAR is normally closed in the afternoon.

Great apartments and Edith is a helpful and very kind host. We liked everything, the facility, the location, the big new apartments. You also get the stubai super card for free, that saves you a lot of money. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend edith’s apartment. It is newly renovated, spacious en very clean. Edith is a wonderful host and the location is perfect. Good supermarkt in the the village and the ski bus drives you every half hour to schlick 2000. The modern swimmingpool at walking distance is a big plus! I will return in summer, i think it will then also be beautifull.

התארחנו (זוג + 3 ילדים) בדירת Sonnenstein למשך 8 לילות בסוף ספטמבר/תחילת אוקטובר. הדירה בת שני חדרי שינה ענקיים, סלון גדול ומטבח ענק ומאובזר. המקום נקי, חדש ושמור בצורה קפדנית. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך ולא חסר לנו דבר. עידית קיבלה את פנינו בצורה הטובה ביותר ודאגה לכל מה שהינו צריכים כולל כביסה שהיא עשתה עבורנו וקיפלה לנו אותה כמו שיצאה ממכבסה. הנוף מהדירה מדהים, זה תענוג לאכול ארוחת בוקר ולהשקיף על הנוף המדהים של עמק שטובאי. יש חנייה פרטית שמיועדת לדירה וצמודה לדלת הכניסה. הדירה מחוממת ונעימה. המיטות נוחות ביותר. קבלנו מעידית את כרטיס הקיץ של העמק, כרטיס משתלם ביותר שמסדר בין 4 ל 5 ימי טיול מדהימים בעמק. בשורה התחתונה ציון 10/10 בלי ספק. נהננו מאוד ונשמח לחזור. נקודה אחת לשיפור (שלא אכתוב בחלק שלא אהבנו) ה wifi די חלש ואין הרבה קליטה בחדרים. תודה רבה לך עידית על אירוח מושלם🙏 We stayed (couple + 3 children) in the Sonnenstein apartment for 8 nights at the end of September/beginning of October. The apartment has two huge bedrooms, a large living room and a huge, well-equipped kitchen. The place is clean, new and meticulously maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we didn't lack anything. Idit welcomed us in the best possible way and took care of everything we needed, including laundry that she did for us and folded for us as if it had just come out of the laundromat. The view from the apartment is amazing, it's a pleasure to have breakfast and look out over the amazing view of the Stubai Valley. There is private parking designated for the apartment and adjacent to the front door. The apartment is heated and cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable. We received the summer valley card from Idit, a very affordable card that arranges between 4 to 5 days of amazing days in the valley. Bottom line, a score of 10/10 without a doubt. We had a great time and would be happy to return.

Super fijn appartement en fijne host

Edith heeft ons alles goed uitgelegd en konden met onze vragen over de omgeving bij haar terecht. Het appartement was super fijn, alles was aanwezig. Edith heeft zelfs een kinderbedje en kinderstoel voor ons geregeld, zodat wij de onze in de volgepakte auto konden laten liggen. Echt super fijn!

Tolles Apartment in traumhafter, ruhiger Lage. Liebe Gastgeberin. Highlight war der Balkon mit Blick in die Berge, nach einem "Wandertag". Jederzeit gern wieder.
