Excellent apartment for family trips in all seasons.

Cozy, clean, new and spacious. The apartment is as described. Location is also excellent, 5 mins drive to Schlick 2000 and 30 mins drive to Stubai. Kitchen facilities are new and adequate. The host Florian welcomed us upon our arrival and explained everything. He was also very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Lovely high quality place in a great location for exploring the Stubai valley

Great location - for town and for the swimming which our daughter loved. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well kitted out. Bathroom had a lovely walk in shower.

A perfect property in which to enjoy the delights of a holiday in the Tirol.

It is difficult to know where to start as the property is perfect, the best we have had the pleasure of staying in over many years travelling in Austria. Ideally situated in a quiet location with excellent views, it is furnished to a very high standard with comfortable beds, living room, well equipped kitchen and flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms.. The friendly owner, Florian, who lives in the village, is a treasure and likes to ensure you are happy with everything in your apartment or need information on travel and amenities in the area. Something to consider if, like us, you do not have a car: the nearest shop is a ten-minute walk away down a steep hill which means you have to carry your shopping back up the hill. We were so impressed that we are looking at dates to book for next year.

Superclean, super service, super nice.

All is brand new, and the used materials are of high quality (doors, tiles, etc.). Our room/ appartement (‘Kreuzjoch’) had a nice porch with direct access to a nice big grass garden which was perfect for the children to play in. The view is amazing as well. We traveled by public transport on arrival, and the tram had a stop very near to the apartment. We took a taxi on the way back to Innsbruck Airport, which is well worth doing as it them just takes 25 minutes (cost 55 euros). The local swimming pool is within walking distance, which also was really nice (clean, warm pool inside & outside, 2 nice water slides, and also had an indoor trampoline par attached to it. All the rest was also nice, such as a VERY friendly owner, reachable by WhatsApp for quick questions / tips, etc. We would definitely recommend to stay there.

The room temperature could be 1 or 2 degrees lower, which we indicated already to the owner.

Exceptional

Superb accommodation, very spacious, great location, amazing view, very clean. The accommodation had everything we needed, even down to little details like a clothes airer to hang out our skiing clothes, ample of cutlery and crockery we could just load up the dishwasher without running out! It was so clean and fresh and very comfortable. As a group of 5 there was so much space to eat and socialise around the dining table with a great view. Also a lovely sized balcony and dining table to sit and chill. Black out blinds and very quiet at night. Could also order croissants and bread to be delivered the next morn at good prices. The host was also available, either at the accommodation or answered messages very quickly. Would definitely stay here again, we all wished we could've stayed longer

Sehr modern, sehr komfortabel, sehr sauber und uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Besonders waren auch der Brötchenservice vom Bäcker sowie der hervorragend ausgestattete Skiraum. Als Familie oder für 2 Paare besonders gut geeignet durch die 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils angrenzendem Bad. Wir hatten über Weihnachten sogar einen kleinen Weihnachtsbaum🌟!

Uitstekende ligging Op wandelafstand van het centrum waar er een bakker, slager, spar, cocktailbar is. Super dicht bij het openbare zwembad en centraal gelegen om verschillende bergen te bezoeken.

Magasan az átlag felett

Minden nagyszerű volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése csodálatos, felszereltsege és tisztasága átlagon felüli. A teraszról nagyszerű kilátás nyílik az egész Stubai-völgyre. A hálókhoz külön fürdőszoba tartozik, ami szintén egy remek dolog. A szálláshoz kapott Stubai-kártya rendkívül hasznos volt számunkra.. A becsekkolás, kijelentkezés nagyon egyszerű és gyors volt. Kiemelendő, hogy a szálláson felhasznált anyagok (burkolatok, nyílászárók, csapok stb.) minősége minden elvárasnak megfelel.

Semmivel nem volt problémánk. Talán két apróság: kis párna hiányában nekem az alváshoz kapott párna kicsit vastag volt, illetve megállapítottuk, hogy a konyhában az asztal feletti lámpa talán túl alacsonyra van engedve vagy valami másfajta világítás illene oda. De ezek tényleg semmiségek, az apartmann abszolút első osztályú, bármikor visszajönnénk ide.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage, mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter der gute Tipps gibt und auch sonst stets für Fragen erreichbar ist. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, ob Kaffee Maschine, Senseo oder ähnliches. Top W-Lan Verbindung und auch gibt es bei jedem Schlafzimmer ein separates Bad, zumindest in unserem Appartement. Alles hat gepasst, auch der tolle Blick vom Balkon, kann es nur absolut weiter empfehlen !!

Das perfekte Appartement mit einer großartigen Ausstattung, überdachten, großen Balkon und durchdachter Aufteilung. Durch zwei Badezimmer auch für zwei Paare etc. geeignet. Toller, ebenerdiger Skiraum mit Werkbank und Skischuhwärmer, sehr netter Vermieter.

Rundum Perfekt!

Wir können behaupten, dass dies eine der schönsten Unterkünfte unserer bisherigen Reisen war. Es fehlte an nichts. Lage und Ausstattung sowie Sauberkeit - alles eine 10/10! Mal ganz abgesehen von der sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Art des Vermieters. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Wunderbar schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, neue Wohnung, netter Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage am Dorfrand, kurze Fussdistanz ins Dorf und zum Hallenbad Stubay.

Erreichbarkeit der Talstation zum Skifahren mit Skibus/zu Fuss erschwert. Am idealsten mit Auto, aber das wussten wir und war kein Problem.
