Great location, clean apartment

We booked the smallest apartment, which was perfect for 2. The host was present to hand over the keys, and provided us his number for questions throughout the trip, which was very convenient. The apartment was clean and nice and warm upon arrival. Location is perfect. We drove to the ski lift by car, which was a 5 minute ride. We walked for the stuff we needed in the town, which was perfectly doable.

Amazing!

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with gorgeous views out of the windows. We appreciated the Stubai Super Card and really enjoyed all the free mountain activities included. Bernhard was extremely helpful and a great host. We all loved our holiday here and would love to return!

It is an excellent place to stay in summer!

- mega helpful and kind host - location - it's in the quiet neighborhood of the town, with a beautiful view of the mountains, but only 5 minutes on foot to a shop/restaurant - extremely clean - balcony with the mountain view - well-equipped kitchen - washing machine - small garden in front of the building

- we were on quite hot days in summer and it was hot in the apartment (during the day) - no air condition - the construction of the building is partially wooden, so for example the floor may screech a little bit in some places.

Exceptional!

We had an incredible family stay in this charming mountain village apartment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The panoramic views from the windows were simply breathtaking. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the village, access the lifts, and visit other attractions in the valley. The wifi worked well, the beds were large and comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. There's also a parking space for the apartment, and the Stubai Super Card included in our stay was a fantastic bonus. The host was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit (Thank you). We highly recommend this property.

Haevenly place perfect view, location and owner

I liked everything about this property! Especially how service oriented, kind and welcoming Bernard the owner is. We arrived at 1pm and he waited outside to welcome us. He took very good care of every small request we had. The apartment is so specious, 3 beds+ 2 baths. Super clean. The view from every balcony, every window is heaven. We stayed there for 4 night and didn’t want to leave. The beads are super comfortable. There is a washer and dryer you can use. Everything was more than perfect

Amazing town, very close to Schlick2000 and on beautiful days, the view is spectacular!

Oversee the little town and on good days you get to see the mountains! There are really good restaurants and bakeries at the centre, probably 15mins walk down the hill.

Very pleasant apartment fully equipped that made our stay feeling like home. Fantastic views from almost every window. Our host Tamhard was so nice and knowledgeable about the area. The stay included the valuable Stubai Card that we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommend this apartment

Just a perfect accomodation - very nice appartment, clean, airy, comfortable, newly renovated, well equipped. The owner is very kind, always available and nice to deal with. Located close to the centre of Fulpmes, just 20 mins drive from the Stubai Gletscher. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the accomodation.

Superb

Friendly and welcoming host. Very clean and well equipped apartment. It is worth to note that there is no shortcut to the ski lifts but it is still within walking distance (15 min.) or you can just hop on one of the ski buses (only 5 min.) It is very practical that you can leave all your ski equipment in the depot of Intersport directly at the bottom of the Kreuzjochbahn at the end of the day and pick up the next morning. We have been there in one of the busiest ski periods (school holiday) but the crowd was still manageable and there were no long queues at the lifts.

ברנרד הבעלים איש מקסים. מאוד לבבי ושמח לסייע לנו בהמלצות לגביי אטרקציות באיזור. המחיר כולל כרטיס סופר שטובאי הדירה מאוד גדולה, הרבה חלונות בחדרים, רצפת פישבון בשלושת חדרי שינה, נקייה מאוד, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך כולל במטבח. בדירה יש שני חדרי אמבטיה גדולים ומודרניים הנוף הנשקף מהדירה מהפנט, מאחר ומיקום הדירה יחסית גבוה בכפר, דרך החלונות או המרפסות ניתן לראות את היופי של ההרים ועמק שטובאי .

בדירה יש מכונת קפה פילטר והעדפה אישית שלנו היתה מכונת קפה עם קפסולות או גרגרים אבל זו כבר העדפה אישית.

een geweldige keuze als je rust, ruimte, goede service en een schitterend uitzicht wilt.

Netheid, comfort en ruimte zijn geweldig. De keuken en voorzieningen zijn volledig en gezellig. Uitzicht en locatie zijn top: bergzicht vanaf de heuvel, maar dichtbij het centrum. Gastvrijheid van de host maakt echt het verschil – persoonlijke ontvangst en service.

Perfekt für den Bergurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Winterterrasse, großen Bädern. Alles ist ganz modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick vom Balkon. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Es waren immer mehrere Parkplätze frei. Man geht nur 7 Minuten ins Dorf zum Bäcker und zu Restaurants. Die Super-Stubaicard haben wir voll ausgenutzt (5 Bergbahnen, Schwimmbad, Sommerrodelbahn). Nach Innsbruck braucht man nur ca. 25 Minuten. Da waren wir im Alpenzoo der sehr empfehlenswert ist.

Mimořádně dobré ubytování

Nerad používám superlativy, v recenzích to pak nevypadá úplně důvěryhodně. V tomhle případě ale musím udělat výjimku. Ansitz Hofer totiž opravdu předčil moje očekávání - velmi prostorný a přitom útulný apartmán s krásným výhledem a skvělým vybavením. A také výborný majitel (pan Perktold), velmi profesionální, ochotný a komunikativní. Mimořádně výhodný poměr ceny a kvality.

Snad jedině větší vzdálenost od skibusu, ten je ovšem stále v dochozí vzdálenosti. A navíc je díky tomu ubytování na krásném místě. :)
