Trip to Switzerland

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. You must go for the suit as you get a lovely private balcony with exceptional views. Dinner was very good, however breakfast was exceptional as you were bought everything to your table so you did not need to ask for anything, lots to choose from. Excellent walks nearby through the forest. There is an adventure park very nearby and a train that runs down the mountain. If you want a very quiet weekend go during the week, Saturdays are a little busy with the adventure park.

The only minor negative was that one of the tennis courts, as shown in the pictures, has been left to overgrow and slightly spoils the outlook from the room. Nothing major.

Spacious rooms, nice breakfast, good service.

This hotel has a beautiful view of Lac de Neuchatel and on clear days the Alps. The rooms are spacious and we had a lovely veranda. The hotel is convenient located next to the tram that goes into town but it only runs once per hour.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Beautiful location and a good restaurant . Nice bath.

Insufficient cupboards for our clothes. Walking through the shower to get to the toilet was a bit strange.

N hésitez pas ! Séjour hyper agréable !

La situation et la vue, notre chambre suite avec la terrasse, le personnel, ADORABLE. Que ce soit la dame qui s est occupee de nous pour les petits dejeuners ( j ai appris que c etait la directrice egalement) avec laquelle j ai pu échanger a plusieurs reprises, les serveurs, le cuisinier, la jeune fille, tous ont ete vraiment gentils, attentionnés. Quel bonheur d être accueillis comme ça et dans un cadre aussi nature et confort !

Peut être l insonorisation un peu légère mais cela n a pas ete gênant le soir ou la nuit juste en journée.

Frühstück erst 09.00 Uhr, Mitarbeiter hat während dem Frühstück mit Javelwasser das Restaurant WC geputzt, das war keine gute Idee.

Sehr liebevolles, kleines Hotel an toller Lage. Sehr nettes Personal. Essenskarte klein aber ausgezeichnet, tolle Weinkarte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La chambre était très confortable. Le repas excellent et le personnel au petit soin. Le déjeuner tout prêt sur la table.

Parfait pour passer un moment de détente avec son conjoint.

Petit hôtel calme avec une jolie vu, décoration simple et dans le thème de l’endroit, chambre spacieuse. Le personnel très sympathique et souriant. Café et thé disponibles au premier étage, bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. On a manger au restaurant le soir et c’était très bon et le petit déjeuner simple et efficace.
