Located at the foot of the Montjuic mountain, which offers a breathtaking view over the city and many parks, the apartment with Its two balconies overlook a quiet street and a square with trees, and the neat inside offers new and modern equipment in a traditional atmosphere. The neighborhood of Poble-sec is really typical of family life in Barcelona, you will meet few tourists and enjoy a quiet stay after a day of sightseeing in the city. The metro is less than 5 minutes from the apartment and two bus routes within 200 meters will take you directly to the beaches of Barceloneta in 20 minutes or the Ramblas in under 10 minutes.

Wonderful location in a friendly neighborhood close to public transport, many restaurants, groceries and more. The apartment was perfect for 3 people with a little terrace to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee maker, dishwasher, cutting boards, wine opener, knives, etc. there is a washing machine and you hang your clothes out to dry, the AC was nice to have and worked well in main bedroom and living area. The smaller bedroom was slightly warm but still comfortable. The host Frederic met us upon arrival and showed us around the place and things operate, Only complaint would be not enough closet space but we shared what we had! We would rent here again!!

Property has everything you need for a Barcelona stay. Very close to parks, restaurants, markets and metro. Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for an active family of 4. Read the description closely so you aren’t surprised by the stair climb or the bathroom configuration.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. The flat was just the perfect size for us. Iz is in a very good location, surrounded by nice, quiet streets.

Frederic the property owner was very friendly and easy to reach.
Things to know and concern about the apartment:
1. Located in Poble Sec, a residential neighbourhood, very close to a metro station, and about a 20 minute walk to La Rambla
2. Kitchen is well appointed, we cooked breakfast everyday to startout our day, a grocery store is nearby.
3. There is 1 bathroom which can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. We travelled as a family and made it work but this may not work for other travellers.
4. The bathroom had an old bar of soap to wash your hands which was kinda gross. Small suggestion would be to provide liquid soap instead.
4. The bedroom with the bathroom access had nowhere to hang/ fold our clothes. There was only small night table with drawers. We lived out of our suitcases
5. The 2nd bedroom was small and only suitable for 1 person to sleep. It did have a small closet space for clothes.
6. The air conditioning units worked very well.
