The place is quiet and seculed. It is more like a boutique hotel than a B&B. and they give you bed service each morning but no breakfast. Staff is only on-site in the morning and are very kind to help with your needs. Transportation stops (bus and Line A) are located at the end of the block and around the corner.

The AC unit barely kept the room cool enough to be comfortable. There was very little pressure coming from the AC fan even on high. It would have been nice to have a regular fan in the room. The mattress on the single bed under the AC unit needs to be replaced. It sagged in the middle when you slept on it and was not comfortable. The shower is very small and it is hard not to hit the water handle when showering and turn the temperature too hot or cold while showering. It was also very difficult to reach down for your soap and shampoo as it is too small to bend over. Also the fixture to hold the handheld shower head was broken and it kept tipping down while showering. The area around the hotel is residential and so you need to walk a couple of blocks to find restaurants and shopping. It is also just a single room with bathroom and so it was quite small with all 4 people in the same space. It was difficult to tell by the pictures on the site which room you were getting and I was anticipating 2 bedrooms based on the photos, but those are just all the different types of rooms they offer.
