Everything with the property is amazing. The property is very well situated right across the Vatican and next door to one of Rome’s best gellatarias. The rooms are all good and there is an electric kettle, cup, tables in rooms. The daily cleaning service is amazing and Raffaella is an incredible host. The cake and treats left in the room were also nice. An excellent stay and well coordinated by Raffaella who welcomed us upon our arrival from the airport.
Really nothing. Everything you need is there. The elevator is old and handles 2-3 people at a time, but that’s in most of Italy’s historic cities. I can’t really think of any negatives.
