The location and the views of the lake
That the outdoor lights didn’t work and didn’t get fixed whilst we were there even after us reporting it

Stayed here before and have another stay booked. Would benefit massively with a lick of paint and some nice garden furniture.
A good overall would be nice to have some garden furniture and a good clean up

Ideally situated to explore the local area, views are spectacular. The hot tub was relaxing and much needed after walks. Everything you need in the luxury Lodge from space to comfort. Communication was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good entertainment for little one's and food was tasty with a bar was a bonus. Swimming pool enjoyable. Enjoyed the walks with the dogs, lots of rabbits, ducks and birds. Would definitely visit again.

Location was nice
The lodge was not clean , cobwebs and spiders everywhere, the ensuite bathroom smelt strongly of urine , the bathmat was over the radiator and smelt badly of urine , the cleanliness was terrible the skirting boards were covered in dust
