The lodge was very spacious and in an excellent position on the site, second row back with a lovely view of the lake. Hot tub was nice on the cool evening.
Comfortable lodge, heating and hot water worked well. Rooms good sizes. Good parking. WiFi ok.
Double bed comfy and nice bathrooms.
The lodge could go with some TLC and a deep clean to bring it back to jaw dropping.
Hot tub good but think it needs a service as noise and jets not as strong as should be
Few cobwebs and dust about and blind missing in the kitchen.
No wine glasses. Sofas not very comfortable but a few cushions could help this.
One door to patio is misted up and needs replacing.
Outside lights by hot tub not working.
All easy fixes that need sorting to stop the place going tatty.
The site; you have to pay for a week's swimming pass with limited slots, which wasn't worth it for us as only there 3 full days.

The location
No blind on kitchen window, tv in bedroom not working screen full of lines? no batteries in remote, error on hot tub d9 or dr , jets stopped working all of the above were reported to Vickie , couple of double glazed units fogging up inside could of been cleaner

The Lodge is second row next to the lake..
Beautiful to look at. Also lots of birds living around..
The Hot Tub was the temperature its meant to be and each morning someome comes to check the Hot Tub for the dau ahead..
Good communication with the owners.
We are booking again at some point !
The weather it was sunny for 1 day .... it is only march though !

The location was excellent, private and overlooked the lake.
Cleanliness wasn’t very good and there were a few easy things that could have improved the quality of our stay.
Smell of smoke in property on arrival, all the pans glasses etc were dirty, ceilings covered in cobwebs. Needed a general overhaul, no wine glasses. Blind missing at kitchen window, outside around the lodge needed tidying up.
The bedroom handle failed and we couldn’t get in, maintenance came really quickly though and sorted.
