it’s new and neat
this property has no access to the beach nearby although it says there is beach nearby which is confusing because the owner doesn’t mentions that the beach is only for the resort but for this room I booked the tenants have to pay extra 1500 pesos to use the pool. I was only annoyed by the fact that the owner didn’t mention this beach is private and not free to use in the description of this facility. and the price isn’t cheap. I ended up going to a different place for a more affordable beach. apparently in Mactan most beaches are private and not free.
