    My kids loved it, so did I. The pool is perfect size, shape for adults, and the kids part of the pool is also perfect size, depth and shape for safety for little ones still learning to swim. The staff were alert around the pool and keeping an eye out which is commendable! Breakfast was amazing, shouldve stayed an extra day.

    Fantastic stay at EGI Hotel and Resort! The rooms are newly renovated, super clean, and refreshed daily by the housekeeping team. The beds were so comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Excellent value for money—we will definitely be back!

    We booked our stay in this hotel in the hopes that our family could unwind even if it was just a quick getaway. We were caught off guard though when we were met with seemingly hidden charges. Having checked the fine print beforehand, we were sure of what were covered with our online booking. However, the staff at the reception were adamant that we needed to pay extra for pool use (per "day" at that! even if it's just for a few hours even) as only the default number of persons for our room is considered free. We were very disappointed. What was supposed to be a family bonding time got tainted because immediate verification was not done from the resort's end. It was only later that the supervisor told us the updated terms would apply in the next few months. So we were right all along but the damage had been done, we were affected emotionally and it left us with an unpleasant experience and memory. Given the minimal number of guests during our stay, it made us wonder if factors such as management, etc. have been playing a role as to why it is so. The staff should step up and do their job properly if they expect more people to come and revisit EGI resort.
