Direkt im Pool, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei Ausstattung war alles okay und funktioniert einwandfrei. Besitze kommuniziert sehr gut Daumen hoch. Und das war praktisch das Waschmaschine gibt wenn man länger Aufenthalt und muss man das Handtuch und bade Sachen waschen muss . Wenn ich noch mal Urlaub machen im Cebu oder lapu lapu da wurde ich gern noch mal buchen und ich empfehle euch das auch . Ich rate euch nicht zu mactan Beach gehen erste zu überteuert vor Europa Verhältnis ist sogar teuer , als Gast Newtown muss du 350peso eintritt zahlen das du den pool und Strand benutzen kann . Wenn du Hunger und trinken möchtest musst du dort kaufen und das ist sehr sehr teuer. Strand ist nicht schön kein Sand Strand. Eigentlich nur vor Bild machen und Social Media posten aber nicht für entspannen

Nur Waschbecken öfter verstopft im Bad und Küche aber kann man sich selbst Problem lösen an sonst alles okay

Great central location, close to lots of ammenities, restaurants and cafes. The cleanliness of the apartment and the swift and professional service of the management team. Loved the bedroom, it definitely was a comfortable and cool sleep.

Not much as I’ve already raised this with the management team. The bathroom shower holder had come off during our first use and the kitchen has some loose wooden trimmings coming off the cabinet. All in all, nothing that would change the comfort and ease of checking in and checking out of this place. Will definitely recommend!

Its near the beach and shops.

The cabinet hinged broke off and was not fixed.

Spacious room.

The whole building is tending towards a dilapidated state. The pool area has missing tiles everywhere and the decking is adrift and curling up in the sun in many places. We had an all day power shutdown that was not notified. Our unit was just ok at best. At worst there was a constant sewage like odour in the laundry room. The outside terrace was scruffy and without furniture.
