Issues:
- No Hot water. They tried to fix it but it still failed.
- Low water pressure. There is an issue with the building.
- The bedroom has no door for privacy. It has curtains instead.
- no ocean view. Its a view of land only.
- sofa is NOT a pullout bed. Its a small 2 seat sofa.
The good:
There is hot water at the pool for showers. Pool is very nice and big.
The caretaker was available and responsive.
The area is very corporate and safe. Mostly chinese workers staying in this building.
Mactan public beach is a 60 preso taxi ride. I wouldn’t walk it as it’s a dirt road.
AC works good.
Room was clean and very modern as it’s a new building.
