    Highly Disappointing 4-Star Experience – Poor Service and Facilities This hotel fails to deliver on its 4-star rating due to a complete lack of hospitality and poor management. Upon arrival, the entrance feels more like a military camp than a hotel, with serious-looking police officers instead of security guards. Crossing the street is highly dangerous due to heavy traffic, and nearby construction frequently blocks taxi pickups. The exterior entrance is pitch black after 11 PM. Inside, the customer service is practically nonexistent. The front desk was usually empty upon arrival with zero greeting. The staff showed zero empathy and poor hospitality; there was no luggage assistance, and when maintenance issues disrupted my stay, the staff offered no apologies and expected me to manage the workers' schedules. Basic amenities and room conditions were also lacking. The room safe was constantly broken, and the ongoing maintenance created loud noise that ruined the quality of my stay. Overall, a highly frustrating experience that falls severely short of 4-star standards.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how large and bright the room was, especially with the rare bonus of a spacious layout and a full kitchen with a full-sized fridge. The reception staff was incredibly nice and accommodated my requests perfectly, and the bed itself was very soft and comfortable. However, the bed was definitely smaller than the Queen I had booked, and the outdated bathroom had broken lighting that made it feel a bit eerie. It was decently clean overall, and because of the excellent service and great room space, I will definitely book here again.

    Friendly, welcoming staff. Quiet hotel away from Chaos...but easy to catch a bus or a taxi as the flow at this corner...moving always. Near to 10 fast food franchises...and only 100p taxi to Ayala and shopping. My favorite is Bangus with an egg most mornings. Ask for what you need. Most things will be available within minutes.
