Very bad experience

There is nothing that I can report as being liked. Stay America canceled our stay day of. We had no where else to stay as no where had availability.

The fact that we were insured we would not be charged but instead was still charged $197 and some change. We also where advised when they canceled on us that none of their facilities were available and that we were on our own on finding a place.

We did not stay!! You gave away our Valentines room!!

The fact that you canceled our reservation, made a week and a half ago, because YOU overbooked your rooms. There was no compensation offered, nothing!! You will no longer be on our list of places to stay. There are plenty of other places to stay, and they are nicer than this one! Why do you have that strange little room when you enter?

Conflicting messages my multiple staff members

I called ahead of time to let them know that I was gonna be late so I was gonna check in 3 the morning and the person over the phone said it was OK when I got there the lady at the desk said it wasn’t OK and that she didn’t have any room I even insisted on paying to stay for another room. She insisted that it was just too much money for me to pay that it wasn’t worth the money I was gonna have to check out 11. I said it was fine but she said no so I had to leave.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in and will never return

Room stinks the window blind was broken the couch furniture ripped and torn. The road noise was deafening so no sleep at all. There are no room amenities. The TV didn’t work. The carpets in the hallway heavily stained. All around the property outside is like a dump with garbage everywhere.

That inhad to wait 40 mins. Because they gave my reservation and checked someone else in under my name when the person had a completely different name.

Nightmare of roaches.

Nothing

Roaches and the card system was down. Didn’t even sleep there because I kept killing roaches, checked out within 10 hours of checking in. Then the manager. Victor was never available to help Booking.com refund me my money it took weeks. The other staff was nice and over worked. This place is the worst I have ever stayed in my life.

I was looking for glasses after brushing my teeth to rinse. I didn't see the plastic cups as they were behind the box of tissues. I discovered them the morning we were leaving. Please leave them where they are more visible.

The staff were very helpful with a questions we had.

The cleanliness of room. There seemed to be tick-like bugs probably from other animals that stayed there lingering. The free breakfast was a little disappointing, but okay. The price we paid for what we got didn't seem worth it.

System was down. Was not able to get a key into the room, staff had to walk us up and down to be able to get into our room.

Unhappy Stay

Hotel is clean, room was clean

Welcome clerk seemed to not care much for the job. The new key card system was down. Didn't get a key. The clerk had to go up with me to open the room door. Same thing in the morning after, when I stepped out of the room n came back to get in. The bedside lamp was not working. Outlet on wall one plug was out too. Old furniture worned out, bed creeked when I moved around. Had to leave tv on for night light. Website said hotel provided breakfast, n all they had was 2 kinds of mini muffins, coffee and oatmeal packs but no bowls. That was it... No amenities in the room, one small bar of soap only. Price for one day stay too high for the quality of the service $144.00 on a Saturday. Would not stay there again.

The staff were respectful and helpful despite the issue at hand.

The card machine was down for the entire 5 days that I stayed there with my family. So the front desk employee had to walk around and open the locked door from the lobby to the elevators. Then they had to walk each and every customer up to their rooms to unlock the specific room door. This meant if you were in the lobby at the time, you had to wait until the front desk rep got back from running around just so they could let you back into your room. EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU LEFT YOUR ROOM. FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. They kept saying a new card reader machine was going to be delivered the next day and each day it was the same excuse. On top of that, the whole place, especially the first floor, smelled of marinated pet urine. It was a heavy musk of that in the hallways. I visit people’s homes for my line of work, and I knew what it was immediately.

Good place to stay for the price. I'd stay again.

It was really nice for not being a superhigh end hotel. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area. Bonus it was right next to Dutch Bros!!

The key machine was broken and they were waiting for the part to come in. It wasn't something that will be an issue every time you stay. It was a small inconvenience and it will not stop me from staying here again. I just felt bad for the staff who had to walk every guest to their room to let them in.

The electricity kept turning off as the breaker in the room kept tripping . Because of it, we had no lights , no TV and no working charging ports. Notified the front desk and they tell you to open the breaker box and fix it yourself. I didn’t like the fact that you have to throw your own trash out in a dumpster behind the hotel otherwise you’ll pay a $250 fee. If you wanted complimentary shampoo or extra linens you had to call the front desk. The entire hotel including room smelled of chemicals.

Wouldn’t recommend if you have a standard of cleanliness

I didn’t as soon as you walked in kids running up and down the halls. Carpet in hallways were stained. We walked into our room didn’t even set our belongings down we walked back up to front desk to check out. The room was absolutely filthy it reeked of cigarette smoke the rust and stain in bathrooms.

Nothing 0/10 would not recommend we immediately checked out and went and got a room down the street at the Fairfield inn.

Friendly staff

The room smelled like a sweaty dorm room, the bathroom sink was also extremely stinky, making me gag when washing my face. I think the p trap is malfunctioning, so the smell of the sewage pipes was entering the room. The floor was filthy, dirty cook top. Items like lamps, alarm clock, and windows were covered in a layer of filth and were simultaneously sticky and dusty? How? There must have been a rave in town, because the bass of techno music was pulsing through the walls without a break, even through the night. I ended up only staying for one night, even though I had paid for two. I left early and just accepted that I wasted money. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life honestly.

Bed was terrible, hard springs. There was glass in the floor that just stepped on and cut my foot and the. My finger pulling it out. TV screen was broken and the remote didn’t work properly.

Never staying there again

The location was convenient to where we were going during our stay. The Parking lot was well lit. Things appeared clean.

The Check in clerk was was not friendly, gave short, curt answers. Had to ask for the WIFI information, was not given the information at check in and the clerk expected us to memorize the info as she said it. The information should have been printed out for ease of use. My sheets had not been changed as I found hairs under the covers that were not mine.

Everyone was so nice. The place smelled cleaned when walking in. The room was very cleaned and nicely kept. I will stay here everytime I visit. I will highly recommend this location. Especially if you are in need of a stove and refrigerator. Which made our stay feel like home away from home.

My reservation was changed without my notification from a queen suite to a king with a pull out. The pull out bed was not clean and I had to request and attend to my own linens. I was told I would receive the difference when requested, but that has also not occurred. The breakfast also left a lot to be desired.

They cancelled my booking at the last minute and provided no alternate lodging

They cancelled my booking at 9:05pm as I was driving from the airport to the hotel, claiming overbooking, and did not provide any alternate lodging and then had the audacity to still charge my card…though that was at least later reversed.

Group of people drinking, smoking weed, and urinating in the parking lot when I pulled in. Didn't have my room ready. Room backed up to highway, listening to cars driving by all night due to poor window quality.
