The hotel says that it include “breakfast,” but it really is not a complete breakfast. It was just a complementary breakfast, only bread and juice. My husband went to get coffee at 9am and there wasn’t any more.

The people in the next room were loud. They slammed the door. Up and down all night. There wasn’t enough toilet paper. There was hair everywhere on the floor from the last tenant.

Dirty blankets, sheets stain with what looked like fresh blood! Dead bugs on floor (roach and different bugs). Saw bugs crawling at night across floor. Maintenance needs to spray for all insects including fleas and spiders! Holes all over the walls and one in shower area we had to plug with tissue! …Weird! Seems like the housekeeping and maintenance are trying to take down this establishment 1 guest at a time!

Besides the promised perks, everything else was all good.

The price was right for what we needed. We were there for a soccer tournament. We had a clean room, fresh towels, a clean fridge, microwave, plenty of light, working AC and two comfortable queen beds, cable, free WIFI and parking. The staff was awesome! Very professional, observant and accommodating. Do not count on continental breakfast, juice machine and do not count on the ice machine because I was disappointed in all of the above. There are vending machines. However, I will stay there again because the room was descent for the price and a temporary stay.

I was only disappointed in the amenities such as the ice machine, juice machine and continental breakfast that was promised in the morning. I was told that there was breakfast bars, juice etc.

I like virtually everything about this place. I especially appreciate the green gentleman that works in the evening. Very very nice person, great small talk, efficient, helpful.. I love the layout of the rooms, how the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub are separate from the rest of the room. The shower door didn't close all the way and there wasn't enough hot hot water for a bath then shower. I've stayed here multiple times and the last time the ice machine was not working. I feel like that should be a cardinal sin..

I liked the bathtub jacuzzi, the size of the room, with everything included such as: 2 couches, desk, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, big bed, many lighting options, hair dryer, shower, drawers, 3 mirrors, and 2 sinks. It was definitely worth the price. The staff was also very nice and informative.

The iron didn't work. It kept leaking water from the bottom. Also, the fact that parking is not guaranteed with your stay. "It's a first come first serve basis." This could've risked my safety, but luckily I made it early enough to get parking.

Close to the airport

We had a couple of issues with our stay on July 25 2023 in room 103. When we first entered the room there were flies everywhere so the the first hour we were there we were trying to get the flies out but they just kept coming in from somewhere. The room stayed warm the whole time until we decided to leave that same night we left to get another room somewhere else so due to these issues we had to spend more unexpected money for other accommodation.
