Delightful staff, lovely breakfast , relaxing vibe in the whole place , conducive to meeting other guests in lovely shared spaces
The only thing I would wish for is a brighter reading light. The only real negative is very little sound proofing between bedrooms .. (only an issue on one night)

The whole stay was spectacular. The receptionists took great care of us and helped with all of our questions and requests. The breakfast is delicious, healthy, fresh and home made. The rooms were very clean and were also cleaned up daily. With no doubt I would stay there again if I visit Medellín

Despite being in a hectic, frenetic part of town, Refugio del Jaguar was like a sanctuary. Everything was calm bit welcoming. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.
