El servicio increíble, todo el personal muy amable, hasta cuándo nosotros llegábamos fastidiados eran ellos los que nos tenían paciencia con los procesos, indicaciones y se preocupaban por nuestra comodidad. Algo también increíble son las camas, super cómodas y excelente espacio.
Fue increíble la estadía, solo que no hay ventilación en el baño, pero es un detalle mínimo

L’alloggio era splendido, elegante e molto confortevole. La zona è molto comoda per visitare la città e tranquilla per girare anche la sera. Lo staff molto gentile. Il bar al piano terra è comodo per fare colazione (ad un costo extra)

Nuestra estancia en Gres Apartments fue excelente de principio a excepcional. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos, restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados, lo que hizo muy fácil recorrer Medellín. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, moderno, cómodo y muy bien equipado. El personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100%.
Honestamente, no tenemos comentarios negativos. Todo superó nuestras expectativas y la experiencia fue excelente.
