Maison calme avec terrasse - Calypso

Location was very good.

When we arrived the property was already occupied by a Spanish family whose English was very limited. They had access to the property and had already unpacked, placed a wash in the washing machine, unloaded their groceries into the fridge and one of their children was in bed. When I eventually spoke to the owner ( who again spoke very little English and no Spanish).He said that the family didn't have permission to stay at the property and if they didn't leave he would call the police!!!!! This was OTT, the Spanish family were very nice and well mannered, their young son was autistic. After the threat of police involvement they eventually packed and left. OUR FIRST DAY WAS RUINED!!!!! My advice is that if you book this property and you don't speak conversational French........... best of luck 🤞

Very comfortable and relaxed simple property

Stairs to upper floor challenging for older people like us (70 years).

Très bon emplacement avec un logement grand et fonctionnel. Très calme et deco sympa.

Attention le 2e étage possède un escalier raide mais ok pour des jeunes ou adultes valides.

The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped, not lacking anything .

Getting the key out of the lockbox at night when we arrived. The numbers were impossible to see when looking at them on a silver facet with torchlight. I presume it would be easy in daylight.
