Seissta Medellín

An absolutely incredible apartment hotel in a quiet lush neighborhood Las Lomas - about a 15min walk to the touristy Provenza part of El Poblado. Staff are super friendly, helpful and very attentive to all your needs - they went above & beyond. Once we entered our room - we were captivated by the view. We also very much loved all the details & focus on wellness, simplicity, mindful spaces, and a good night's sleep- a very unique, curated & elevated experience - truly a beautiful concept for slow intentional living and travelling. Very spacious room, can choose to cook your own food or simply enjoy all the top restaurants around the hotel, especially the Parilla across the street for tasty meat dishes, Lucilda Alimentari for delicous fresh Italian, and Al Alma Café downstairs for a fresh and delicious breakfast/brunch. The bathroom has an amazing rain shower. If this is your vibe then Hotel Seissta is by far the best way to enjoy your stay while exploring Medellin. The terrace was a sweet bonus to enjoy the mountains, songbirds, and twinkling lights in the distance. Truly a gem of a place!

Staff was incredibly friendly, views were literally unbelievable, apartment finishes were high-end and luxury, amazing natural light.

Location wasn’t as walkable as some other locations in Poblado (mainly only walking back from Poblado because of the uphill walk, but walking down was okay), but Ubers were quick, inexpensive and easy. No A/C in the main living area (A/C was strong and great in the bedrooms), but due to the elevation of the location and ability to open doors/windows, the breeze and temperature were cool enough to be comfortable and enjoyable (a breeze was frequently present that made the apartment EXTREMELY comfortable).
