Topá House

The man who was there when we arrived was fantastic. He was so helpful and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. There are a lot of places to eat nearby. If you want to eat somewhere quiet and upscale head towards the Click Clack hotel. It's about four blocks away and feels like a different world than the nightclubs that this apartment is located in. I would say that this apartment is well worth what you pay.

The man who was there in the morning was not so friendly and helpful. This apartment is located in the heart of El Poblado but it's located in the middle of a lot of late night bars and clubs. It was unbelievably loud well into the evening and I would highly recommend bringing ear plugs unless you like booming bass. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke and it lingered throughout the rest of our stay. The hot water maxes out at 48C (118F) so it's not hot. The water in the shower also leaks out sporadically so don't think there's a ghost in the place.

The appartement was very nice and clean. Everything is pretty new. The location is nearby everything you need. Lots of bar, restuarants and cafe.

Very loud noise nearby from the bars, especially apt room 205. And there is very loud noise coming from the hydrophore i think. In the night you can sleep with loud music and disturbing noise from the hydrophore. Ask to change the room but the front office said that the apt already fully booked.
