    Make sure to make your reservation through Agoda to get the BEST price at this High End Hotel. Great Location, Great Staff, Clean, Buffet Breakfast was superb, they did everything right. Thank you for a great stay.

    On arrival everything looked to be excellent; however once in the room this all began to break down. The thermostat was not working, TV and phone were also not functioning properly. Once moved into new room (down one floor) the floor was dirty and we had to kill a roach and not one of the big black ones, the kind found in filthy restaurants. There are too many great hotels near the area to have to deal with this.

    I booked a 2 bed room. When i get to the hotel.. they give me a single bed room. Blamed an error code my issue wasnt solved. Had to book another room
