    Agoda platform had an error on their site. When we got there, we were told that we didnt have a balcony in the room we booked. There was a mix up on the site. The manager did give us a room with the balcony and he was absolutely wonderful about it. Other then that, the breakfast is amazing and the hotel is very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again! Wonderful place with a lot of restaurants close by. We didnt find the noise too bad except for Sat night but thats not the hotels issues. Great place. Highly recommend

    First complain, inspite booking a month ago and requesting a twin bed room, they did not provide that, this could have been easily managed. But they did not oblige. Rooms are small. Break fast OK.
