La ubicación

Hubo una luz de una lámpara en la habitación que no tenía cómo apagarse con ningún interruptor, y por lo tanto había que quitar la tarjeta para que esta se apagara. Eso se reportó a la persona de recepción desde la misma noche que me percaté, pero no se me dio solución ni esa noche ni la siguiente.

Good location , the bed is comfortable

It seems like they are learning how to operate an hotel. Too many problems with internet connection, room keys. I could not use the internet from my room, and everytime I talked about it with any person in the front desk, it was like “okay…” The reception makes a lot of noise during the night and also before 7am. Also It is located in a very crowded area and I was expecting some noise from the bars around, but during my stay it was impossible to sleep for 2 nights. The staff is really nice and they try to help, but I feel it needs more leadership.
