Excelente lugar, ubicación y muy buen trato

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a muitos restaurantes, bares, farmácia, Provença Medellin. A Estação de metrô mais próxima fica a 10 min do hotel. O quarto não é espaçoso, mas confortável. O quarto tinha varanda.

O quarto não é espaçoso (pouco espaço para as malas), não tem uma acústica boa (claramente você escuta a conversa nos corredores). Tem que deixar caução por danos. O café da manhã é a la carte e muito, muito simples. O espaço do café é bem pequeno, acho que as pessoas não costumam comer por lá. Banheiro também achei bem apertadinho. Fiquei no terceiro andar.

Good location , the bed is comfortable

It seems like they are learning how to operate an hotel. Too many problems with internet connection, room keys. I could not use the internet from my room, and everytime I talked about it with any person in the front desk, it was like “okay…” The reception makes a lot of noise during the night and also before 7am. Also It is located in a very crowded area and I was expecting some noise from the bars around, but during my stay it was impossible to sleep for 2 nights. The staff is really nice and they try to help, but I feel it needs more leadership.
