Nice place and facilities, but a smile would be nice

Very nice spa facilities, good sports room, enough parking space, good breakfast. The location is a perfect starting point for hiking and car tours. The bathtub in our room was very nice and there was enough water pressure to fill it quickly. Enough beds in the garden area and very nice indoor resting areas with many beds.

The garden was not well maintained. The trendy beach seats were not available, but covered. In our room there was an unpleasant smell from the drain (sewer), which slowly went away after using water in the shower and bathtub for a few days. The staff was not very friendly, a bit cold and uninterested.

The staff went into my room in the morning while I was sleeping without my permission, it was very unpleasant, the corridor floor is very old so it is very noisy when people walk, it really disturbs my sleep, the spa area has a very strong smell of chlorine, which is not pleasant. The food is expensive and not very tasty, very small selection of food

It was quiet.

Vacation plans changed last minute. Originally booked for four days- attended to get a refund for the four day and was told no- had to pay full amount for the four days- even when I checked out on the third day-

Third time at the hotel, and was a great experience. Great location, food, service, room...everything. We will be back.

I was notified that ZI needed to update some info or my room might get cancelled. I updated the info and was notified that everything was confirmed. However, when my wife went to show up for her massage, she found out that is was cancelled. She checked with reception and they told her that the room was actually cancelled, the re-confirmed, however, her massage was never re-booked. She was very disappointed. The offered her a massage for Monday afternoon, but that was our checkout day and we needed to get back home.

Just some minor points of attention. A trolley with used dishes and food leftovers from breakfast stood for a day in the corridor. Just an example.

We had a wonderful three days, relaxing at the hotel, enjoying the facilities and exploring locally.

Location was super and the facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the A La Carte meal and the wine!

There should have been hand soap in the bathroom. The outside light on the balcony bring centrally controlled was very annoying as it didn’t switch off til very late and was unecessary.

Excellent choice for a short, relaxing, invigorating get-away!

We booked a suite since we were only staying the one night. The suite was very cozy and comfortable with an amazing view. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the variety of saunas. We are light eaters so breakfast was perfect with enough options to fill our needs. We enjoyed the hotel and will definitely return again.

WE stayed at the hotel for our anniversay weekend and had an excellent time.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a couple requests for our room before we arrived, and the hotel staff had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. I enjoyed the pool/spa area while my wife got a massage that she enjoyed.

The only inconvenience that I noticed was with the pool/spa area. This was not a reflection on the hotel, but driven by COVID-19 rules and guidelines. Because of these rules, there were limits on the amount of people allowed in the whirlpool and individual saunas. The hotel had a good crowd the weekend we were there, and this limited the used of the whirlpool and sauna.

the service in the restaurant was very bad, long wait, 2 minutes after 'closing' the breakfast no more orange juice available, unfriendly. really a disappointment (certainly as the last hotel of a nice holiday with all good hotels). price quality ratio also not good, much too high price for the service that is offered. Also not a very clean room.

For over 200 euro extremely small room with a low ceiling. Shower cover so low that very easy to bump in the head. Cold, unfriendly service (with exception of two waiters), they don’t even bother to try speaking English. Uninspiring architecture from 1970s

Excellent Hotel in a good location on the Mosel River.

The breakfast was good. The indoor swimming pool was cold but refreshing. The sun room was perfect for the kids. The town is quiet and relaxing. The nearby train station allow us to take the train to Cochem or Koblenz for day trip.

There was nothing in the room to hang on the door to not have the daily room service. The breakfast time is from 8am to 10am, so had to wait a little bit before eating it. It is wellness hotel, so it was mostly older folks staying at the hotel.

Für ein entspanntes, ruhiges Wochenende absolut zu empfehlen

Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Whirlpool und Balkon war wunderschön und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl.

Leider gibt es in dem Ort Löf außer dem Hotel gar nichts. Man müsste schon fahren , um bspw. Mittags oder Abends ein Lokal zu besuchen. Der Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool ist leider sehr klein und das gilt auch für den Aussenpool.Saunabereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Замечательная кухня, приветливый персонал. Есть бассейн, джакузи и сауны. В номерах в декабре очень тепло. В душе хороший ремонт.

Очень холодная вода в бассейне . Очень старая, требующая ремонта и холодная комната отдыха. Номера старые. Были 2 раза. Оба намера неприятно пахнут старыми носками. Пора делать ремонт и менять мебель. Ехали только из-за отличной кухни , как на ужин , так и на завтрак, и сауны на месте .

Es war ein sehr schöner und angenehmer Kurzurlaub. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer , schöne Aussicht auf die Mosel und die gegenüberliegenden Moselberge. Alles sehr sauber , Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Schöner Wellnessbereich. Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns für diesen Preis mehr versprochen.

Es war alles vorhanden was wir auch uns auch gewünscht haben. Spabereich und Fitness Geräte. Die Auswahl an Essen und Trinken entsprach auch unseren Vorstellungen.

Bei all diesen Möglichkeiten war alles nur Mittelmaß. Zimmer „Deluxe“ war nur mäßig sauber, einmal sogar überhaupt bis zum späten Nachmittag außer frischen Handtücher, nichts gemacht, keine Hygieneartikel für die Frauen. Nach der Reklamation keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung. Es kam niemand auf uns zu, um die eine oder andere Erklärung zu geben. Wir mussten nachfragen und bekamen dann die Erklärung, wir hätten den Zimmerservice abgesagt. Ein wichtiger Aufzug war die ganze Woche in Reparatur. Es war niemand mit Wissen im Fitness Bereich, der die tollen Geräte hätte erklären können. Das Zimmer hatte eine Dampfsauna, die Funktion war rätselhaft, es fehlte dafür auch eine Sitzgelegenheit. Das Essen las sich gut, aber nur Buffet. Damit verbunden, teils nicht richtig warm und zwangsläufig unsauber im Bereich der Behälter mit den verschiedenen Angeboten. Eindruck „Kantine“, mit Kunstblumen auf den Tischen.

Schönes Hotel aber Abendessen eher auswärts

Schönes Hotel Toller Pool und Saunabereich Ab 7 00 kann man den Poolbereich nutzen was ich sehr angenehm empfand Saubere Zimmer Tolle Idee anstatt den room Service zu nutzen ein Säckchen an die Tür zu hängen und eine kleine Überraschung zu erhalten!! Wir waren drei Nächte dort und haben es durchgehend benutzt Wir würden auch wiederkommen aber dann eher mal im Sommer

Das Buffet war nicht gut Preis Leistung stimmt leider nicht und was weg ist ist weg Es gab zum Beispiel an einem Abend gekochten Fisch der schon ziemlich gesäubert war als wir kamen. Kurz darauf war er auch schon weg und ed wurde kein neuer bereitgestellt Auch geschmacklich war es nicht gut da geht man Vesper außerhalb essen Frühstück war okay aber hier musste man Geduld beim nachlegen haben Auf die Frage nach neuer Butter bekam ich zur Antwort Margarine wäre auch Butter.... Der Kaffee war nicht heiß eher lauwarm aus der Maschine

Eine tolle Auszeit!!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Spa Bereich war wirklich schön angelegt, vor allem der Außenbereich. Das A la card Restaurant war sehr zu empfehlen und die Weinkarte sehr gut.

Lediglich am Buffet wäre es schön wenn die Auswahl bis zum Ende der Abendessenzeit komplett erhalten bliebe.
