Improving it always my first choices, hope it changes all the little things it’s missing.

I love the floor 6 very beautiful, loved that everything is back to normal. I also noticed they were very plight not like the old visit. Good god Lucerna.

Didn’t have a chance to swim I hoped they closed at least at 11or 10:30pm, Also I think the room need a little more extra on the cleaning. Price was higher then expected.

Gorgeous view from our balcony. Very friendly staff on premises. Definitely clean rooms.

When I took a shower. The water began rising and would take a very long time to drain. Same with sink. Some of the furniture had wood trim that was broken off. A little outdated.

the staff that they had back in the day was awesome today it’s not that great. Price was just to high.

I guess ok, the second day rooms were better cleaned.

The restroom had a little bit of hair. price is to high use to be a good price and service was great, know everything was over the top. I thought I had breakfast included but I didn’t, breakfast use to be so delicious this time it wasn’t. I had to pay for buffet for my 4 year old $20.00. 😳 The staff that they had back in the day was so awesome today it’s not that great.

Awful stay with no AC for 2 days.

The AC didn’t work for 2 days when the temperatures were 95+ Fahrenheit!and they didn’t put in enough efforts to make our stay comfortable. It was unbearably hot in the Room.

Under the beds were too dirty. The bed are too small, I traveled with 2 kids.

The towels could be upgraded and i went to purchase my own pillows because of the Smell the hotel pillows had.
