My room was not ready even do i show up early. receive my room ready after an hour. the bathroom smells bad even do we did use it. kids on pool were only using their underweared. it was no order at pool.

OUTSTANDING ALL THE WAY AROUND!

My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon and it was FABULOUS! We actually live in Juarez and on this particular occasion, we stayed there just for a quieter weekend and some pool time. My wife has taken her sister there for rest and relaxation. The rooms are Great and the fact that there is a bathtub is definitely a feature not commonly found in Juarez Hotels. Thanks for a Great weekend. We will definitely be returning. 💯👍

I like most everything but the best they have washer and dryer where you can wash your clothes!! For free…. Pool was inside that’s nice and we can drink and have a good time.

No AC extremely HOT

The facility did NOT had AC and when ask the front desk they say they only turn it on, on summer time and my stay was on spring break for a whole week. The wifi never work and the stay was awful due to the night were extremely hot that i had to literally go to walmart and buy a fan. Not recommend the stay at all.

it had a sewer smell

The staff member Stephanie was unfriendly and everything was no , the smell that the place had was a sewer smell when you walked in,the rooms restroom has mold on the top, only one ice machine worked and it was on the 3rd floor and the dryer didn’t work.
