Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at this apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed.... the people on reception were all super lovely and very helpful. We all loved the location too close to everything.

The property consists of 3 different buildings, 2 of them being 4 stories so the high rise building with views you see on advertising isn’t necessarily what you will get. We had 3 rooms booked, 2 were upgraded but on lower floors, the 3rd on the 4th floor. Location is slightly out of the city but easy enough to get the boat bus to central Copenhagen. As mentioned in other reviews there is no air conditioning so in summer the apartments are very warm. Fans are provided and opening windows gives good air flow but the 2 apartments on the ground and 2nd floor did not feel comfortable leaving windows open at night for security reasons. Our apartment was higher up but the bedroom sits right on a fairly busy road so was very noisy with the windows open. That being said apartments were well appointed and we were happy with the location given the high accommodation prices in the city. Grocery store, bakery and a couple of restaurant options just around the corner. A great option for cooler months.

I liked the space, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There were tons of bath towels but only one kitchen towel, no cleaning clothes. Beds were okay.. one bed dipped to the middle. The area is a good distance from Copenhagen, there is a bus stop one block away and the metro station a twenty minute walk away. 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Closest restaurants are in the mall.

There is no air conditioning. The unit we got was on the top floor and heats up like an oven during the day. The windows have safety devices on them and open only a slit. It was very uncomfortable until about 3am when it starts cooling down. Max temp outside during the day was 24C but the unit was at 29C at 10pm. They provide small fans but that does help much. Could not get a good nights sleep after spending a lot of money on what I thought was a high end luxury unit. Disappointed.

Property and staff excellent. We were able to store our luggage until the room was ready. The only downside was the noise. There was some kind of party or event near the water which vibrated through to the hotel. It was all night/morning. Apart from that one night, we had the best time.

The property itself is fine as it had all the amenities and supplies needed. However, the biggest issue is their parking lot arrangement with a 3rd party. Be warned that the staff at the hotel do not disclose all of the instruction related to parking that is offered. All signs posted in hotel elevator and in the designated parking area fail to provide the key detail that you must pay for parking once you park and not when you leave. It's not noted in English, even on the pay machine. Pretty much all of the cars in the designated spots received parking tickets, which leads me to believe that this is in favour of the parking lot to ensure that tourists pay the fines. And even if you do pay the parking in advance at the machine, it doesn't properly track your 24 hours time limit. The hotel should be providing more specific instructions for guests, particularly when they ask about the parking, that is more than what the code is to get into the gated lot.

Traveling between Christmas and New Years with three teenage sons, we chose STAY for the space and kitchen and it exceeded our expectations. The flat was clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers were perfect. There were two grocery stores very close as well as a lovely bakery and pizza take away. We loved Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again.

Really great spacious apartment. Slightly out of centre but lovely walks along the water to get to main places. Had a problem with broken shower which was promptly fixed. Advance rules are a bit heavy handed so a bit of a downer before you arrive. Kitchen could be better equipped but great if you’re mainly eating out.

We stayed in our apartment for 3 nights. It was great. We walked 5min to the harbour to catch the harbour bus to the city centre ( lovely 15 to 20 min boat ride that you could take as far as the Little Mermaid if you wanted - or jump off at Nyhaven or other tourist spots). Or we caught the normal bus - just one street over. They also had bikes we could use. Supermarket and eateries two blocks away. No need for a car - live like a Copenhagenite in this lovely city.

We (Family 2 adults, 2 Kids) enjoyed the appartment. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view on Copenhagen. It is located not in the center, but we had our bicycles (you can rent them at the reception as well for 25 EUR p. day - if you use monkey republic its cheaper, but here you have the bicycles right at the appartment) with us. Its about 10 min from there to the center. So no big deal. The appartment looks stylish with balcony. There is also a gym with good equipment (weights) and a rooftop-terrace. Only negative point: We had a "bigger car" (van with box, 2.35m high) with us. That cannot park in the parking garage, it was a little tricky to find a parking spot since all arround Stay bryggen is restricted parking only.

Exceeded expectations. Was perfect for a friends trip to be able to have a common space to hang out with separate bedrooms, and the convenience of a hotel with a check in desk and someone to ask questions about the property. The location was perfect, nestled within a cute neighborhood to live like a local. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within a few blocks that were easy and really good. There's 2 groceries stores close as well for food and forgotten toiletries. It was easy to walk around Copenhagen, but also the location is right by a water taxi to save the feet a bit. Only downside was no air conditioning, but that is very common in the area. Fans were provided and having the windows open got a good breeze going.
