Wat kleine puntjes: Vaatwasser buiten werking, onze tv werkte niet, geen airconditioning (konden we goed gebruiken ☺️)

Toilet på gangen, men et bevidst valg for at spare penge. Det fungere vildt godt da toilettet lå lige over for vores værelse

The room and facilities were excellent.

The organisation of the host with checking me in and giving me a key tag that did not work was unsatisfactory. The booking states that a check in time is anywhere from 1500-2200 but on the day of my arrival they required that I give them an exact time which as any traveller in a foreign city knows is difficult to do. He could not be present for my late arrival (1 hour and 15 minutes after 1500) so had to have another guest let me in which I find very unprofessional. Late that night after exploring the city and very much ready for the comfy bed I had paid for my electric key tag would not work at the front door. Eventually another resident of the building let me in, and verified for me that my key tag was not functioning as it should be. I had a very short sleep due to being left outside for such a long time and checked out as instructed by the guest who had greeted me when I checked in. The organiser then failed to admit that the key tag was broken and tried to push blame on me as I must have been misusing it. They then proceeded to mark my booking as "cancelled" due to me "not turning up", an outright lie. In my view this was another attempt to avoid blame for my poor experience.
