Magical Christmas time in this property. Very large clean rooms. Kitchen had everything I need it. Super close to Chattanooga where we party night time and day time enjoy Cloudland Canyon Thank you for everything

This property was absolutely beautiful! Everything was as described and pictured online! They left us a snack basket full of goodies. Highly recommend for bigger groups!

Our family was grateful for the space and layout of this home, but there are a few disappointments. Many dishes were dirty, probably because you are expected to wash and put away all dishes prior to checking out. For the pricey cleaning fee, I would think that running the dishwasher prior to leaving would be sufficient. (You also need to empty trash, strip beds and gather dirty towels.). The house smelled quite musty and when we returned home, the clean laundry in our suitcases smelled musty like the rental. We did have an issue with the keypad, but when we texted about it, they were quite responsive. We had a good time, but would have been grateful to have clean dishes and a fresher smelling experience.
