Welcome to Stanford Stay – a beautiful home away from home where you can enjoy mountain views and all the amenities of a well-appointed countryside home just outside of Chattanooga! In just 15-20 minutes, you can be at most area attractions, outdoor adventures, local downtown restaurants and breweries, boutique shopping, and music venues. This home has space for everyone to relax, both indoors and outdoors, with an open front porch and screened in back porch, and a family room for hanging out, playing ping pong or other games, or watching your favorite movie.

This family friendly 2,600 square foot home sits in a quiet neighborhood on 1/3 acre. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 additional queen air mattresses. The full kitchen and eating area is equipped with everything you need to make cooking and eating-in a breeze and enjoyable experience for your whole group! There’s a large sectional sofa in the main floor family room, TV, and a screened in porch to the side with seating and a propane fire pit.
Large primary bedroom is located on the main floor with King bed, dressers, closet, TV, nightstands with built in USB ports, reading lamps, and ceiling fan. You’ll truly enjoy this lovely space, including the ensuite full bath with walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub.
Two additional bedrooms on the main floor each with Queen beds with one closet containing a pack-n-play. A full guest bath with walk-in shower and laundry room is also on the main floor.
One additional bedroom is located downstairs with a Queen bed and another full bath. The downstairs is set up to be a fun and inviting gathering area, with sofa bed (Queen) and love seat, TV, plenty of games, and ping-pong table. In addition, there are two queen air mattresses with linens and pillows provided (located in tubs underneath the ping-pong table) with ample room to use them for additional guests.
Additional Information:
Steps – There are steps to the house from the main front entrance, and steps to the downstairs and back yard.
Parking – There is a large private driveway with 4 vehicles; street parking is not allowed.
Neighbors – As this home is part of a neighborhood community, please be respectful of neighbors.
Guest Access – With the exception of the garage and one locked closet door, guests have full access to the entire home.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. In total there were 6 adults over 18, a 15, 10 and 7 year old. We also had guests who joined us for the day. The home was spotless upon our arrival and there was plenty of room for all. It is very close to Lookout Mountain and neighboring attractions. I would consider this property for a future stay in the area. A few things to note: if visiting downtown Chattanooga, drive is about 25 min. If you are a large party you may have to split showers at beginning/end of day. We did run out of water when everyone tried to take showers in the morning. The front brick steps are not well lit. We used our phone lights when arriving at night to avoid falling.

There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. This place was well stocked for cooking meals and plenty of room for everyone. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. We will return for any future trips to the area. Close proximity to area attractions in Chattanooga. We loved our stay here!
