Hop on one of the four bikes in the garage and explore on two wheels or, if you’ve planned a day at the beach, load up the beach cart with the chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and toys before you go.
Right at home, you’ll love relaxing on your shady, enclosed lanai while the kids splash in the private pool. A fully retractable accordion door brings the outside in, creating a true sense of indoor/outdoor living throughout the spacious home. Inside, you’ll fin an open concept, high ceilings, stylish furnishings, and lots of natural light. After you whip up a masterpiece in the full, well-equipped kitchen, take your pick of the dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen island barstools, or patio table outside at mealtime.
Spend the day exploring, or just enjoying the Florida sun by the pool, and return to relax in the AC. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 6 adults, a 3yo and 18mo old. Plenty of space. Very clean. Very accessible. Would definitely book again / recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent on Marco Island!!

Great property, close to the major hotels and within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Groceries are a bit far but bike able if you want. The home was clean, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The pool was great and the view from the patio across the pool to the water was quite enjoyable. We only wished there was a TV on the patio for Sunday foot ball! Great place to stay and will book it again.

Nice location, everything was nice, most of the bicycles tires were flat , tube had spun so we couldn’t inflate them
