About this house rental
Our home was built in 1998 and received a $400,000 plus renovation which was completed October 2016. Presently, we are completing another $250,000 renovation mid-August - mid October 2026 which includes a new sea wall, new dock, high end lighting (Miami Vibe) with under water lighting, new hardwood floors in every bedroom, fresh paint, hurricane front door/double set of sliders in master, etc.... In 2016, every bathroom was gutted to the studs, new kitchen, new pool, new hot tub, new roof, new picture window screened lanai, new ...... Even down to every baseboard, plug, wall switch, door knob and hinge. All furniture is also new and selected by top interior decorator in SW Fl.
Two stand up/sit down desks added 12/21 (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
75 inch hi definition TV in living room, 65 inch TV in master bedroom and the upstairs sitting area. Each of the other 3 bedrooms have 50 inch flat screens.
Pool has a hot tub that easily fits 8 people with what is arguably the finest sunset view in Florida. Pool is easily operated by $2,500 Aqualink system with panel in living room.
New floating dock added for easy use of the 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Every amenity provided including coolers, fishing rods, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and 5+ bicycles. You will not want to leave even to go to the BEACH!
PS: We ONLY Book thru VRBO so if ever asked to book directly do not wire or send any funds! We have seen recent Facebook scams and other Phishing attempts and simply don't want anyone to get burned!

This was an absolute beautiful home with beautiful views. Pool and hot tub weee amazing. The only complaint is that the air seems to be locked, so gets a bit warm upstairs in the evening and night time.

What a gorgeous and well appointed home! We had everything we needed and enjoyed it tremendously! Our family kept asking if we could come back again next year and we will definitely, strongly consider it!

This house is gorgeous! It is spacious and clean. The views from the lanai, dock and bedrooms are incredible! They have bikes, kayaks and paddleboards. We can't wait to rent this home again!
