POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

Kitchen had everything needed. The pool was Awesome.. lots of time spent in pool

The location and responsiveness of the management company were phenomenal. The issue was, for me, that the floors were so filthy that I had to wear shoes all the time!! I don't think the grout on the inside floors or showers has ever been cleaned. The outside pool and viewing area were so filthy that when getting out of the pool we had to immediately put shoes on because our feet would get so filthy. Bugs were minimal. The bathroom window wouldn't close completely (window handle stripped) and there was a cold spell when we stayed which resulted in a very COLD bathroom. Yard was unsightly. All rock with black fabric pulling up from underneath. Looked low income.
Perfect location. Centrally located to everything. Provided bikes, beach chairs, paddleboard, and other accoutrements were wonderful!
