We welcome you to make this open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental, your home away from home while visiting Marco Island! Beautiful water views will greet you from almost every room inside this spacious home. Recent renovations include a more open floor plan, a completely new kitchen, new tile floors throughout the main living areas, fresh paint, resurfaced pool, outdoor furniture & grill, and a fully renovated master suite, including a spacious shower with rain heads.
You'll want to spend all of your time out on the peaceful lanai, where you can watch the boats go by and maybe even see a dolphin or manatee! Located on a quiet street in the island's desirable south end, it is just a short boat ride out to the gulf or 10,000 Islands through beautiful Robert's Bay. Our famous beaches are just down the road and there are many dining and shopping options nearby as well. Need a place to get space, walk right over to Mackle Park, where kids can play and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you like to fish, go to the beach or hang out by the pool, this home provides the opportunity to do it all. Come and see for yourself all that our home and Marco Island have to offer for the entire family!

Marco has almost everything you want. 3 grocery stores, 2 Walgreens, CVS, mini-golf, convenience stores, retail, and lots of restaurants, from casual to a fine dining experience. If going off-island, Walmart is just 7 miles north of Marco as well as Fresh Market, Aldi, Marshalls, Micheals, and others.
Close to Marco is the Everglades for an airboat ride experience and Indian alligator wrestling. A visit to Everglades City and Chokoloskee for some history of the area is also a plus.
To the north is the city of Naples with many attractions and history plus a Zoo, Theater productions and you shouldn't miss a trip down 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. There are various nature conservancies in the area to include Rookery Bay and Corkscrew Sanctuary.
The closest airports to get to Marco are Ft Myers (RSW) and Ft. Lauderdale (FLL). Miami is also a choice about 2+ hours away. If Allegiant Airlines are easily accessible to you, they fly into Punta Gorda which is one hour and 15 minutes north, and generally very good prices.

The house was beautiful - and perfect for our 2 families of 4 and 3. Neighborhood was very nice. Loved being right on the canal since we also rented a pontoon boat. The screened in pool was very nice. Owner responded to any questions promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Very well equipped kitchen, new appliances, comfortable sleep number beds and nice linens all were enjoyed by us! We had a wonderful stay for sure!

Our time at this house was fabulous! It had everything we needed and more. They were 5 adults and we had plenty of space to relax and recharge. The owners made extra effort to make sure the guests have what they need. All the little things. Proper charging stations, kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds and sitting areas, plenty of towels for pool and beach. I could go on and on! The area was great too, a park next door, a short drive or bike ride to the beach and to the grocery store . Definitely what I look for in a rental home. Marco Island was perfect holiday retreat.

What a wonderful time at a really lovely home! The pool, the kitchen, the neighborhood, proximity to so many things…… it all added up to a perfect vacation!
