When it comes to outdoor living, the secluded and private enclosed patio area surrounding the sparkling, heated outdoor pool offers you a fantastic spot to unwind and relax after a terrific day. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The pool is great and the location was fantastic we really enjoyed it. We had a real estate agent showing the place at check in and another one calling two days later. Otherwise just a few little items. A very well equipped home.

My husband and adult children and spouses stayed in the home for a 3 day birthday celebration for a family member who lives in Marco Island. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed the amenities the home offered very much.We cooked, we used the pool (paid additional fee for heating the pool and it was much needed as the temps had been lower than normal the week previous to our visit), we walked to the beach 2 days and just relaxed and spent time together.The beach chairs, plenty of towels, a wagon and even beach bags were awesome! We were able to enjoy the beach in January when we never expected to.Questions to the rental company were answered quickly.

We love this property. The dock was great a long with the pool. The beds were super comfortable. We slept great every night of our stay. It was just perfect for our family. I highly recommend.

This home is exactly as described. Great space, location and EVERYTHING you need for a great vacation. Jeff & Mel have this home stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The beds were so incredibly comfortable that I have looked into purchasing them for my home. I read a couple reviews about the neighbor Jerry being creepy...NOT TRUE! Once you say Hi to him, he is a wonderful man. The patio is large with plenty of seating and the outdoor TV was a big hit for my family. If I had to give one suggestion it would be to have a Keurig coffee maker. Jeff and Mel you have done a great job with this rental and I would highly recommend this property!
