About this house rental
Welcome to our recently purchased house on beautiful Marco Island.
Our house is located 1 block behind the JW Marriott Hotel, a central location for the beach on Marco Island. In a short, 5 minute walk, you will be in the lobby of the hotel, a 10 minute walk you will be at the public beach entrance, where you can enjoy Marco's 5 mile long Crescent Beach. Our house has all the beach equipment for your everyday needs, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. It is a 10 minute walk to Missions Plaza, which has many restaurants, shops, and a movie theatre. Our location is prime for getting around Marco as easy as possible for both adults and kids!
The House was built in 2003 and has a very nice floor plan throughout, with a large living room and kitchen. Also the 'huge' lanai with desired Southern exposure will get sun on the deck all day long. With a pool, hot tub, and plenty of room to sunbathe.
Being located on a large corner lot the house really sets up 'big'. The house was recently painted the entire house, and the landscape was refreshed. Many amenities inside: full kitchen, washer and dryer in house, Wi-Fi throughout, flat screen TVs in all the rooms including den. We enjoyed this home for our family of 6. Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. Check in and out was a smooth process and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We came as a group who were attending a conference at the Marriott on Marco Island . This home was close to the hotel and very comfortable to stay in as a group. We loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend .

This property has a great location and served our family well. A few steps could be taken to improve the overall appearance, but otherwise a good property.
Owner is responsive to your needs, better than any other owner I have dealt with in the past.
