The ground floor accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A living room of 120 m² with TV, sitting area and fireplace (wood can be provided on request)
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- Dining area for 10 guests
- Office area

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed for a young child.
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160x200)
One of the bedrooms is slightly elevated and accessible by stairs
- Four bathrooms with shower or bathtub, three bathrooms out of four are equipped with WC.
- Two separate toilets

Outside :
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 3,000 m² directly overlooking the Barbaroux golf course. Fenced and secured area with automatic gate, only the part facing the golf course is not fenced. The space is entirely private, garden furniture is available as well as deckchairs.
- Two south-facing terraces: one shaded by more than 60m2, and the other near the jacuzzi and the swimming pool
- A private heated swimming pool (2.5m X 4m X 1.4m in depth), open from April to the end of October

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house, outside, which can accommodate 4 to 6 vehicles of any type. The place is secure.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Dates of use of the swimming pool are not contractual.
