Only that the town was a little quiet, the property was perfect so no reflection on the villa at all.

Responsiveness of the host, the pool, the parking spots.
House was old fashioned, many things (furniture, awnings, etc.) in need of replacement, garden was messy, problems with ants in the kitchen.
