Villa "Beth Ceu"
Located 35 minutes north of Toulon, 1 hour from Nice or Marseille, the pretty little village of Flassans-sur-Issole welcomes you in the heart of green Provence.
Our 180 m² villa is located in a very quiet area 2 km from the city center. It is composed of a large living space, five bedrooms, a large bathroom upstairs and a shower room on the first floor. We can accommodate up to 10 people.
You will enjoy a large terrace on which you can sunbathe quietly on the sunbeds, rest in the shade of the covered terrace or cool off in the 10m x 5m swimming pool (with an electric safety cover) whose water is always at a very good temperature in summer. Our 3,000 m² wooded grounds also have a double garage and a space to play petanque. A gas barbecue is at your disposal for your grills! From the house, many walking trails await you for your walks.
On the first floor of the house:
A Provençal kitchen with induction hob, hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven and open microwave.
A living room opening onto the terraces and the swimming pool with two sofas and a flat screen TV. PGJyPg
A bedroom for 2 people with a bed 200 x 200.
A large bedroom of 21 m² with double sleeping 160 x 200. To keep you in shape, you will find a treadmill and a rowing machine.

We provide sheets and towels and we can provide a baby kit on request.
At the bottom of the garden is a small chicken coop. Our hens will treat you to their eggs in exchange for a little water and food. Thank you for them!
Access to the tourist areas of the Var is very fast because Flassans is located in the center of the department between the A8 and A57 motorways. We are 1 hour from Marseille or Nice and 45/50 minutes from Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez. The Gorges du Verdon, the islands of Porquerolles or Port-Cros, the creeks of Cassis are all nearby. The small Provençal villages of Bandol, Sanary, Cotignac, Le Castellet are just as important.
You will find everything you need for your stay in Flassans: bakery, newsagent, post office with ATM, Super U shopping mall at the gates of the village.
