villa Cornelius in Cabasse

Really nice house with where we stayed 10 people + 1 dog for 2 weeks . Tremendous pool area. Owner lives next to the house but is very discrete and is only on the premises early morning at approx 07.00 am when he cleans the pools and waters the flavours. The pictures do not justify the nice house and pool.

It was a very big, nice house in a very beautiful area. It was very quiet there, the swimming pool is very good and safe for little children. The only disadvantages are that there is no airconditioning and that the owner uses a lot of the closets for his own clothes and there is not so much space left over for the clothes of the people who are on holliday.

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Cornelius. The Villa is situated in a very peaceful secluded setting. The pool was fabulous and warm and we just wanted to stay beside it and relax all day. The bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms lovely and clean. We were on holiday with friends including two small children and there was plenty of room for all and safe surroundings. Large terrace overlooking gorgeous pool. The owner Cornelio is charming and helpful and keeps the garden and pool area beautiful. Cabasse is a medieval village and surrounding area is full of vineyards where you can go and taste some fantastic wines. Our car was groaning on the way back with all the bottles of wine we brought back. There are a couple of reataurants in the village, we particularly liked the table de Saint Piere. The villa is ideally situated to explore both the Gorge du Verdon region where you can rent electric boats or canoes to travel along the magnificent gorge until you end up on beautiful lake Esparron where there are restaurants to have some good food. We also went down to the coast via Garde Freinet to Port Grimaud and from there took a ferry boat to St Tropez, a brilliant day out. We really had a fabulous holiday and have booked already to go back next year.

Une très belle location. Une des plus belles que nous ayons faites. Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous y allons et franchement tout était comme l'an passé. Super. L'accueil des propriétaires est plus que chaleureux ! Ils sont discrets mais présent si vous avez besoin d'eux. Franchement, une location a recommandé sans aucun soucis.
