House - Villa composed of 4 bedrooms, living room - dining room, independent fitted kitchen, utility room, 2 shower rooms (1 shower room adjoining the master bedroom and 1 shower room upstairs), 2 Separate WC, laundry room, 1 terrace with pergola and 1 terrace with awning, 1 pétanque court.
