The beach location is wonderful and the large porches make for great ocean viewing and family conversation time. The house is beautiful and furnished for comfort for a large family. There is plenty of room to spread out and have board games and puzzling taking place at the same time. Nice conversation areas. The kitchen is large and there are two refrigerators, an ice machine, and lots of counter space. It lends itself for a family being able to cook together. The house is clean, in good repair, and provided a great time for our family of 11 that ranged in ages from 13-87. The elevator is a real plus! We have rented this house for two years and plan on renting it again. I really can't say enough good about this house.

This week was simply perfect! The only issue that we had was the week ended way too quickly! The house was perfect! Having the rooms on two different floors other than the main living area allowed for the old folk (my husband) and the youngest (my grandbaby) to go to bed whenever they wanted without the rest of us bothering them as we played games. The kitchen is well equipped and the kitchen/living area was so spacious.
Being directly on the beach gave stunning views, as well as, super easy access. We did not feel like we had to pack everything to go down to the beach. We were able to go up and get what we needed in minutes.
We also had front row seats for the dolphins! We saw them almost daily, in groups of 8 or so. We also saw crab, fish, flying fish and several different types of birds.
Being in the Plantation also allowed for the beach area to not be crowded. At any given time there may have been 10 other people near us that were not part of our group.
We will definitely be back!

This is a LARGE comfortable house - ideal for adults and children. Because the surf was high some of the time, we really appreciated access to the pools. The ability to rent bikes through Vacasa was a plus. Best of all, was being right on the water with wonderful views and the sounds of the surf.

We loved the house. Watching the morning sunrise over the ocean was a special experience. It was a treat to be able to walk out to the beach. The house accommodated our family well and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen functioned great for us with no issues with the appliances. SGI was also a great place to stay as we like a low key beach experience without the crowds. We would highly recommend.
