This bright and inviting oceanfront home provides a sparkling private pool with covered lanai and sundeck. Two large, furnished, covered decks with panoramic views of the sugar white sand dunes and the warm turquoise water offer everything you are looking for in your St. George Island getaway.
The exterior of this home provides a covered concrete parking and entry, a crisp and refreshing personal pool on the Gulf-front, two sprawling covered decks with amazing beach views, a private boardwalk to the white sandy shore, enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table, and a park-style grill to prepare your fresh catch.
The ground floor offers a spacious fenced pool, complete with a large covered lanai for shade. There are plenty of chaise lounges for your guests to relax along with a picnic table and two delightful outdoor showers. The first floor provides a game and media room with TV and foosball table for inside entertainment. Two sets of large double doors open to the breezy covered deck.
The second floor offers a fantastic gathering space with amazing ocean views featuring vaulted ceilings that offer a bright and airy living space. Two comfy couches and additional club chairs provide ample seating. French doors open to stunning views on the covered, open deck. Granite and glass subway tiles greet the chef in this well-appointed kitchen with a spacious breakfast counter that seats four. A large dining table which seats eight, provides the perfect location for dining, card games, and puzzles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was comfortable! The a/c worked well! Kitchen performed for us great. Pool and decks brought enjoyment for all ages. Only one bath towel per person is crazy. 😊

We had 3 families - parents + younger kids- staying in this house and it was perfect. The beach was so convenient and the pool was great. Between the upstairs living area / open kitchen and porch overlooking the beach we had plenty of space. The house was very clean upon our arrival and it was easy to get into the house. The kitchen was well-appointed with plenty of dishware, coffee maker, big fridge, plenty of pots and pans. We would definitely rent this house again. There are two outdoor showers- one coming in from the beach to the pool, and an enclosed shower w/ hot water to go inside- was great to wash the kids before going inside. A few items of note for potential renters and feedback to RVP--The beds are very hard- we brought extra pillows which helped, but didn`t love the mattresses vs. other houses we`ve stayed at-Towels provided are pretty thin- more like a motel vs. a nice beach rental home-The `grill` leaves much to be desired- it`s a small metal charcoal grill like something you`d find in a national park campsite and it`s by the driveway so we ended up changing cooking plans because the grill was too small- please add a gas grill and it`d be amazing-The downstairs door to the pool was very tricky to open, which was fine because we had young kids that we didn`t want to be able to access the pool- that said if the door worked as expected it`s VERY easy for a kid to open- suggest adding a sliding deadbolt out of reach of the kids We`ve rented multiple houses in the area and this was probably our favorite given the setup, being on the beach in a more quiet area. The issues were very minor and the quality of house and location made up for the things we didn`t love, which is why I still give this 5 stars.

The property is located further down the island which is nice and isolated. The view and access to beach is great. The reverse floor plan wasn’t ideal for us but is a good house. We appreciate they hospitality and the stay and love that we had this memory-making opportunity.This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
