Villa Las Yucas - A beautiful, modern 4 bed villa with heated pool in Marbella Center

Our family had an unforgettable holiday at Villa Las Yucas in Marbella. With our adult children joining us from their busy lives in Ireland and Sweden, it was the perfect place for a much-needed family reunion. The villa itself is stunningly beautiful and modern, boasting four spacious bedrooms that provided ample space for everyone. The open-plan lounge and kitchen area made for a perfect communal space where we could all gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. One of the highlights of the villa was the private heated swimming pool. It was a joy to relax and swim at any time of day, and the surrounding area was perfect for sunbathing and unwinding. The roof terrace was another fantastic feature, offering great views and plenty of sunshine. It quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffees and evening gatherings. Overall, Villa Las Yucas provided the ideal setting for a sun-filled, aquatic family meetup. It was a fantastic holiday, and we cherished every moment spent in this beautiful villa. Which is only a a few minutes walk to to the old town and the beaches. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!

The property is well-located in Marbella, although it is situated on an upper part of the city center making a walk into town a bit tedious due to the uphill return to the house. Fortunately, a small market cart was available for grocery store runs to Correfors market. The house is as it appears: modern, comfortable, and well-stocked. We had ongoing issues with some shower flooding due to blocked drains (upper floor) and a frustrating tendency for the hot water heater to repeatedly trip the breaker fuse requiring repeated outside treks down to the stairs to the breaker panel. The house manager, Martin, was pretty timely in responding to our concerns. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and the house was lovely.

Amazing villa, they’ve truly thought of everything. So private and secluded but yet only a short walk into the heart of old town Marbella. Will definitely be back.
