Lovely Double Room in Elegant Cottage

This gorgeous and spacious house is located in the excellent Gilmerton/Liberton area of Edinburgh, offering all the comforts of home. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and expect in your own home.



The property features 4 rooms:



- Room 1: One double bed (ground floor) (This is the room you are booking).



Each room is fully furnished and well-equipped, and your booking includes private access to the room(s) you choose. All bedding is of high quality, and 100% cotton linen is provided to ensure a restful sleep.



There are two shared bathrooms, available to all guests staying in the four rooms. One bathroom, located on the first floor, includes a bath, toilet, and sink, while the second bathroom, on the ground floor, features an electric walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms are shared spaces, and we kindly ask all guests to maintain cleanliness and respect for others, as it is a shared environment.



Self-check-in is available for added convenience, with the key stored in a key safe at the property.



The location is fantastic, with several shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. A large retail park is also nearby, and a bus stop across the road provides direct routes to Edinburgh's city centre, with buses passing approximately every 15 minutes. Edinburgh’s iconic Royal Mile is just a 15-20 minute drive away.



We provide a variety of amenities, including bin bags, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and hot drink facilities. There is ample parking for two large cars, with room for more if your cars are of standard size.



This property does not offer any breakfast option, is a self service property with a kitchen available for you to prepare your own meals.



Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.
