A luxurious, bright, and eco-friendly vacation home that sleeps 4 people

The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature and is just 10 minutes from the sea. Nearby, there’s a soccer field and a playground where the kids can have a great time playing. You can take a walk through the polder area to unwind.
The house was built entirely using eco-friendly, natural materials, with plenty of clay and wood. It’s cozy and brightly decorated, giving you a pleasant, spacious feeling. There’s a home theater where you can relax. The living room has a sleeper sofa, and there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The house is heated by a central wood-burning stove encased in clay (eco-friendly and cozy radiant heat!). The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a Senseo coffee maker. There is a toilet downstairs, and the bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, sink, and toilet.

The garden faces south and features both an open and a covered terrace. There’s a lovely pond with fish. If you have small children, the pond can be covered.

Additionally, you can watch 4K movies, and free music streaming is available in the various rooms.
