About this house rental

Baarland is a small village on the Westerschelde. Baarland is located in Zuid Beveland, Two kilometers from Baarland is the holiday bungalow in a wooded park "Scheldeoord", right on the sea with a small sandy beach, and beach brasserie "De Landing", where you can enjoy a delicious drink at sunset or snack.

Our holiday bungalow is located in the middle of the bungalow park among the woods with a spacious garden that offers a lot of privacy, sunny places and shady places.
The holiday bungalow has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, both rooms have a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and water boiler.
The living room has a fireplace, cozy seating and dining area.
The bathroom is complete, has a walk-in shower, toilet, bath furniture and underfloor heating.
The entire house has central heating.
Everything is decorated in fresh colors so that you have a nice holiday feeling.
There is a playground across the street and at 300 meters from the holiday bungalow is a small but cozy sandy beach
At the adjacent campsite is a shop that is open during the seasons and offers many fresh products.
The area offers a lot of nature and tranquility, with the flower dikes of Zuid Beveland where you can walk or cycle, beautiful welen, polder landscape and bird-rich areas.
For the children it is nice to visit Berkenhof Tropical Zoo & Restaurant in Kwadendamme 5 km from the holiday bungalow. This has an indoor playground, outdoor play forest and tropical animals.
If you want to enjoy the Zeeland landscape in a nostalgic way, then a ride on the steam train is definitely worth it. "Goes-Borsele Steam Train Foundation" is a moving museum.
Goes is the market town of the area, a monumental city with a nice harbor, nice terraces, interesting sights, a weekly market on Tuesdays and a small market on Saturdays and can be found 15 kilometers away. In Goes there is the Omnium swimming pool with slides, climbing wall and a tropical forest. Middelburg is the capital of the province of Zeeland in less than 30 minutes by car.

This holiday house is cosy and has a sunny patio. Lots of birds. At night it is peaceful. We love to walk the paths around Scheldeoord, and to walk along the dijk and beach. We have stayed here twice now. and will return to be close to family in Zeeland.

We were the first family after a renovation. Everything Was as described. The house is located in a Mini village next to a big Camping ground. It is nicely done, well equipped and was very clean. There is one parking lot in Front of the house. The beach is a 5 min footwalk away. There are 2 bedroom, one with a Double bed and one with two normal beds. In this room is a Box with some toy cars. In the garden is a Double swing and in the backyard there is place to play with wood, sticks and stones. From the house a lot of childrens attractions are very nearby, Max 30 km: tropical Zoo, pirate Museum, terra Maris and the klokhuus, an Indoor / outdoor Event Location. A playground is right next to the house, and on the Camping ground there are several others. There is a small Shop on the Camping ground with groceries and supplies. The beach is wonderful with a very good Restaurant.

Wir waren schon einige Male in den Niederlanden, aber dieses Ferienhaus war das Schönste: sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, toller Garten mit Terasse, ruhige Lage quasi am Deich - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir hatten trotz des nicht so schönen Wetters eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem wir haben selten so gut geschlafen. Das einzige was uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen hat war der Strand, da waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht da wir schon sehr oft in Zeeland Urlaub gemacht haben und dadurch einen Vergleich ziehen konnten, was aber für uns kein Grund ist nicht gerne wieder zu kommen. Vielan dank nochmal an die netten Vermieter.

Vom Moment der Buchung an war unser Urlaub stressfrei und gut. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit allen Gegenständen, die man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat war der Strand, mit dem tollen Häuschen war das aber gar kein Problem.

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt! Schönes Haus, vor allem für Familien, sehr gepflegt. Vor allem die zwei Schlafzimmer sind sehr praktisch. Neues Bad mit Fußbodenheizung; Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, sehr gemütlich und daraußen viel Platz zum spielen für Kinder. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder

een goed onderhouden woning met alles op Hollands formaat dus een heerlijke hoge douche (met vloerverwarming!) een heerlijke grote hoge lounge bank, goede bedden en voor onze kleine meid een heerlijk bed, een kist vol schoon speelgoed een badje en eigen bestek en borden etc. fantastisch! mooie schone tuin met goed meubilair. winkeltje met verse broodjes e.d. op loopafstand en een zandstrandje met een top strandtent op een steenworp afstand. het ligt wel in een uithoek, dus voor de rust heerlijk! voor een uitstapje pak je snel al even de auto, maar alles zeer goed binnen korte tijd aan te rijden.

Betten im Schlafzimmer sehr bequem und vom Wohn-/Esszimmer schöne Aussicht in den Garten. Toll für kleinere Kinder, sie können um das Haus herum rennen...

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern in diesem Häuschen. Es bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gepflegt und sauber. Der kleine Garten mit der Schaukel ist toll für die Kinder. Auf der anderen Seitr befindet sich noch ein kleiner Spielplatz. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Der Strand selber ist nicht riesig reicht aber zum buddeln und baden vollkommen aus! Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte mal hier!

Super fijn huisje op een geweldige plek. Je loopt het park af over de dijk en je bent op het strand, fantastisch! Het huisje is knus en super gezellig het voelde direct als thuis. Fijne bedden, lekkere douche en een keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het contact met de verhuurders verliep soepel gemoedelijk. Sowieso voor herhaling vatbaar.

Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir sind erst am späten Abend angereist, was durch den Schlüsselsafe kein Problem dargestellt hat. Das Bungalow ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Vor allem das Glas Wein vor dem Kaminfeuer, während draußen der Wind brauste, hat die Herbstatmosphäre komplett gemacht.

Location en très bon état, fonctionnelle, confortable et chaleureuse. Cocooning 😍. Lits faits et essuies à l'arrivée. Des jeux pour enfants. Petit Message du propriétaire pour prendre des nouvelles. Idéalement situé si on recherche du calme (nous y étions en novembre). Vraiment une location à découvrir.
