About this house rental


Tucked away in a peaceful corner next to a friendly campsite and just steps behind the Westerschelde sea dike, this cozy holiday home is perfect for families and small groups. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms-everything you need for a relaxing escape. Best of all, furry companions are welcome too. Guests can also enjoy the campsite's indoor and outdoor pools, which feature a quick and seamless facial-recognition entry system. To access it, log in to "My Scheldeoord" with the details received after booking, ensure your entire travel group is listed, and upload a clear selfie for each member. Once saved, simply look into the camera at the pool entrance for instant access, with no separate tickets needed. Step outside and you're only 100 meters from the sea, where long coastal walks await you and your dog. Zeeland's unique landscape of islands and salt marshes offers a paradise for hikers, cyclists, and four-legged adventurers alike. Spot seals sunbathing on sandbanks, cast a line at nearby fishing spots, or explore historic steam trains at the Goes Railway Museum. The campsite also offers playgrounds, tennis courts, and plenty of activities for all ages.

The house is spacious, has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. The garden is great for spending evenings outdoors, the bedrooms were comfortable. Check-in was easy due to the key-safe. We also very much enjoyed how near we were to the sea. Just a couple of mintues walk and you're at the lovey beach of Scheldeoord, you can even enjoy a glass of wine or even dinner at the Scheldebasserie. We would definitely come again.
