Great escape if you need "change of scenery"

Very clean and comfortable with all the necessities available Lovely little garden! Comfy beds & cushions Kids enjoyed the games and all the comic strip books available Kitchen was equipped with all basics needed, we just really missed having a microwave! Small bathroom, but nice big shower (was able to get both our kids in) ;-) Situated peacefully!! Close enough to be part of the "camping feeling", but far enough to not be bothered by other camping noise Camping site also organised a few kiddie programs, which ours enjoyed a lot and there is MANY little playgrounds all over the camping site! When making a booking in this holiday park, make sure to check the availability of the in- & outdoor pool too, as they use an online reservation system to book slots. When making a reservation for the chalet, you get the log-in details from Dominique for the Ardoer-website to reserve for the pools & extra's. Just so much to do within the area We just went for the weekend and obviously it was way too short Definitely coming back again! This is definitely a place you would like to come back to, to recharge those batteries!

We loved our stay at the property. It had ample space both inside and outside. Property offers good privacy. Large windows give excellent feel of openness which we really loved. Last but not the least host is excellent and she is very easily approachable.

Microwave was missing. The double bed mattress were of different heights which was not very comfortable. Small points improvement but as such no big negatives.

Nice stay in a calm location close to the beach

Very clean facility and the owner gave us extra time for check-out. Also the barbecue and bonfire was super!

Some basics such as toilet paper (only 1 was there) and kitchen basics were missing (salt, oil etc.)

Eher für Leute mit niedrigem Aktivitätslevel

Die Chalets befinden sich innerhalt einer großen Camping Anlage, werden aber direkt von der Eigentümerin vermietet. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, es gab viele verschiedene Spielplätze und ein Schwimmbad (drinnen und draußen) mit Wasserrutsche. Die Kinder fanden es super. Der Campingplatz ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt Waschmaschinen und der Supermarkt war auch gut sortiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Tropical Zoo hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Chalet ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt, Sauberkeit gerade noch akzeptabel, sobald die Sonne scheint heizt es sich extrem auf. Der Strand ist Wattfläche, Baden ok um den Flutzeitpunkt herum, aber sonst versinkt man bis über die Knie im Schlamm. Die nähere Umgebung hat auch nicht so viel zu bieten, der (einzig schöne) Radweg am Damm endet nach 6 km, die Dampflok wird im Sommer durch eine Diesellok ersetzt. Für eine Woche ok, aber danach wirds langweilig.

Top außer die betten

Eigentlich alles super, auch der Campingplatz selber, total sauber und mit vielen Attraktionen (Hallenbad, Schwimmbad, Kinderprogramm, guter Einkaufsladen, Waschmaschinenraum, 1 Imbiss und 2 Restaurant, unzählige Spielplätze). Auch die private Unterkunft, war komplett ausgestattet, Küche , Fernseher, stabiles WLAN, Backofen, Microwelle, 3 Zimmer(2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer plus seperate Abstellraum. Freundlichkeit der Vermieter war anstanlos.

Eigentlich hatte ich liebengern 9 Sterne gegeben (hatte noch eine Klimaanlage gewünscht und das gewisse extra hatte nur noch zu 10 Sterne gefehlt). Aber der Grund warum ich nur 5 Sterne gebe und das auch nur sehr schwer, war die Betten. Die Matratzen waren sowas von schmutzig, überall gelbe Flecken etc. Die allgemeinen Sauberkeit war so naja. Nachdem wir gegangen war war sauber wie davor. Da das Appartement privat war und nicht vom Campingplatz , könnte uns die Rezeption leider nicht helfen.

Fijn en leuke tijd gehad met ons gezin..

Fijne kindvriendelijke omgeving.. schone huis met alles wat je nodig hebt. Dicht bij het strand en een leuke zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt om een fijne vakantie te hebben.

Eine schöne Auszeit am nahen Strand.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die vor unserer Anreise telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen hat. Alle Informationen wurden so ausgetauscht. Die Lage ist super. Strand ist in fußläufiger Nähe. Shopping in Middelburg ist auch gut machbar ( ca. 35min. )

Die Betten waren sehr hard und unbequem . Und es waren Trockner Spuren auf der Wäsche.
